Privacy policy

• En cumplimiento de lo establecido en la Ley Orgánica de protección de datos 15/1999, de 13 de Diciembre, La Empresa informa a los usuarios del sitio Web Semana del Atlántico de que cuantos datos personales le sean suministrados serán incluidas en un fichero automatizado de carácter personal, creado y mantenido bajo la responsabilidad de La Empresa.
• La finalidad de dicho fichero es facilitar el desarrollo de la actividad de Semana del Atlántico, Web de información sobre el mundo de la náutica y que dispone de una plataforma de compra-venta y subastas de artículos relacionados con el mismo.
• La Empresa se compromete a que toda la información facilitada por los usuarios se empleará exclusivamente para los fines recogidos en el punto anterior y aquellos otros que sean autorizados previamente por el interesado y que tenga que ver con la actividad del sitio Web Semana del Atlántico, como puede ser el envío de newsletter y ofertas publicitarias.
• El usuario autoriza a La Empresa a ceder sus datos a terceros exclusivamente para el desarrollo de las finalidades que se han descrito en los puntos anteriores y solo por el tiempo estrictamente necesario para cumplir las mismas. Una vez ejecutada la actuación que haya generado esta cesión los datos serán inmediatamente destruidos por parte de los terceros.
• La Empresa garantiza la seguridad y confidencialidad de los datos facilitados. De este modo se compromete al cumplimiento de su obligación de secreto de los datos de carácter personal y su deber de custodiarlos y adoptar todas las medidas necesarias para evitar su alteración, perdida, tratamiento o uso no autorizado.
• El usuario podrá ejercitar en todo momento su derecho a acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición comunicándolo por escrito a nuestra dirección de correo electrónico. Por su parte La Empresa se compromete a atender estas solicitudes en el plazo máximo de 10 días.
• Para cualquier otra circunstancia no recogida en el presente documento será de aplicación las disposiciones de la Ley Orgánica de protección de datos de 15/1999, de 13 de Diciembre y cualquier otra legislación que sobre el tratamiento de datos y custodia de los mismos esté en vigor en cada momento.
